"I spoke with Jake to get a quote to switch my insurance in October 2025. I liked the quote and approved the quote and asked what date I needed to give my insurance company as my end date with them. The date he gave me is the one I gave my previous company. Imagine my surprise when I get a letter from the DMV that I have a lapse in insurance and my tags will be revoked as of 12/11/25. I immediately called the next day to find out what was going on. I was given the run around from the beginning. Needless to say my tags are now revoked because of Hayes McDowell State Farm. I will be switching companies as soon as they get my tag situation straightened out. I wish I had never heard of them or Jake from State Farm. Jake has not reached out to me once to apologize for HIS mistake. TERRIBLE COMANY!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡"

"Nancy, we sincerely apologize for the clerical error on your application. Please know that we submitted the necessary corrections within 30 minutes of your call and followed up multiple times, including notifying you the very next day that the issue was resolved, and the DMV had been informed. At no point were your tags suspended. Though you have the ability to leave inaccurate Google reviews, yelling and using offensive language toward our team is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. All it would have taken was a courteous phone call to bring the matter to our attention so we could promptly address it. We are all human, and mistakes happen—but respect is non-negotiable. We wish you the best of luck with your next insurance provider."
